1. General Use
All users of the Panelitix Services are expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Services must not be used to solicit, encourage, or engage in unlawful, irresponsible, or abusive behavior.
Prohibited Activities for All Users:
No use of defamatory, obscene, hateful, or inflammatory language.
No bullying, insulting, intimidating, or humiliating others.
No distribution of unethical or illegal material, including sexually explicit or child sexual abuse material.
No promotion of violence, discrimination, or infringement of intellectual property.
No breach of legal duties, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
No sharing of issued login credentials with others.
No spamming, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material.
2. Specific Guidelines for Clients
Clients using the Panelitix Services must adhere to the following specific guidelines:
Do not solicit responses from individuals under 16, or under 18 where prohibited by law.
Do not request or collect personally identifiable information from survey respondents.
Do not place unauthorized cookies or similar files on respondents' devices.
Avoid soliciting respondents for fraudulent or illegal surveys.
Do not re-identify or contact respondents outside of your surveys.
Ensure proper permissions and rights for third-party images or content used in surveys.
3. Guidelines for Survey Respondents
Survey Respondents should:
Consider and respond to survey questions thoughtfully and fully.
Avoid repetitive, vulgar, nonsensical, or irrelevant language in responses.
Use the option to skip questions responsibly, not as a means to speed through surveys.
4. Security Measures
To maintain the security of the Panelitix Services, users must not:
Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the Panelitix Services.
Undertake actions that negatively impact the service's availability.
Withhold information affecting the service's security or integrity.
Allow unauthorized access to the Panelitix Services.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Panelitix systems without authorization.
Transmit harmful computer code or programs.
5. Breach of AUP
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Panelitix Services. In cases of legal breaches, relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
