2. The Panelitix Service

• Service Description: We offer a platform enabling Clients to create Surveys with the aid of Panel Experts. Each completed response is termed a "Survey Response."

• User Agreement: By using Panelitix, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, confirming your authority to do so.

3. License and Use of the Panelitix Service

• License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Panelitix Service, subject to these Terms.

• Permitted Uses: This includes creating Survey Opportunities, managing your Client Account, and receiving Panelitix Services as outlined.

4. User Obligations and Prohibitions

• Compliance: You must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

• Restrictions: This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions on sharing account details, introducing harmful software, engaging in unauthorized activities, and misusing the service as detailed earlier.

5. Reporting and Security Measures

• Issue Reporting: Report any Prohibited Material or security issues to support@panelitix.ai.

• Account Security: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons and expect you to report any unauthorised access.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Information Accuracy: Keep your account and contact details accurate.

• Data Management: Responsibility for backing up and managing your Content and Survey Responses.

7. Fees and Payments

• Pricing: Fees depend on the service type chosen.

• Payment Terms: Late payments may incur interest charges.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Rights and Licensing: Intellectual Property Rights in the Panelitix Service are owned by Panelitix and licensors. A limited license is granted to you for Survey Responses.

9. Confidentiality

• Confidential Information: Both parties commit to protecting confidential information shared during the use of the Panelitix Service.

10. Data Protection

• Agreement Adherence: Usage of the Panelitix Service must be in line with our Data Processing Agreement.

11. Service Availability

• Uptime Commitment: We strive to maintain service availability, acknowledging potential interruptions.

12. Warranties and Liability

• Limited Liability: Liability is restricted under certain conditions. The service is offered 'as is'.
